When to expect your order
Most orders are generally delivered within 3–5 business days after dispatch in major serviceable locations. Remote locations, high-volume periods, public holidays or circumstances outside the courier partner's control may require additional time.

Returns & concerns
If something isn't right
Because skincare and personal-care products are hygiene-sensitive, opened or used products cannot ordinarily be returned. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, tampered with, or has a genuine fulfilment issue, please contact Vanaya promptly with your order details and clear photographs/video of the parcel and product.
Eligible cases are reviewed by our customer-care team in accordance with the applicable return/refund policy. Any approved replacement or resolution remains subject to verification.

How soon will my order be dispatched?
Orders are generally prepared and dispatched within 24–48 business hours after confirmation. During launches, promotions, festive periods or public holidays, preparation may take a little longer.
How can I track my Vanaya order?
Once your order is dispatched, tracking details are shared on your registered contact details. You can also review your order status from the My Account section on vanayaveda.com.
Why has my order not been shipped yet?
We prepare every order carefully before handover to our delivery partner. Weekends, public holidays, high-order periods or operational delays can occasionally extend dispatch timelines.
Can delivery take longer than the estimated timeline?
Yes. Remote locations, severe weather, seasonal demand, public holidays and courier-network disruptions can sometimes cause delays beyond the estimated delivery window.
Can I change my address or contact number after placing an order?
Please contact Vanaya Care as soon as possible. Once an order has entered processing or has been handed over to the courier, we may not be able to change the delivery address or contact details.
What should I do if my package arrives damaged or tampered with?
Please retain the packaging and contact Vanaya Care promptly at sales@vanayaveda.com with your order number, clear photographs and, where possible, an unboxing video so our team can review the concern.
What if an item is missing or I receive the wrong product?
Contact us promptly at sales@vanayaveda.com with your order number and photographs of the parcel and products received. Our team will verify the shipment and assist with the appropriate resolution.
Can I return or exchange a product?
For hygiene, safety and product-integrity reasons, beauty and personal-care products may have restrictions on returns and exchanges. Any eligible resolution will be handled in accordance with Vanaya’s published return, replacement and cancellation policy.
